Join us at the next Patient Participation Group meeting on Wednesday 9th August 2017 at 7pm to discuss the services offered at Liberty Bridge Road Practice. This is your chance to let us and other patients know what you think about the Practice and join in discussions about improvements, achievements and any other aspects of the Practice and/or Community. 

Repeat prescriptions

Please note that from 1st September 2017, patients will not be able to request repeat prescriptions via the practice email.

Repeat prescription requests can either be dropped into the surgery during opening hours or requested online by clicking on the Patient Access link on the right.  You will need a password to order your prescription via the patient access link.  Please come into reception with a photo ID to get a password and ask any questions about Patient Access.

Once your prescription has been ordered, please allow 48hrs for your prescription to be processed. There may be occasions when the doctors will need to see you before issuing a repeat prescription, we will contact you to let  you know of this and arrange a medication review consultation at a time that suits you.


If you have a nominated pharmacy, your prescription will be electronically sent to your chosen pharmacy and you will then be able to collect your medication directly from there without the need to come to the practice. If you have not yet signed up to the Electronic Prescribing System (EPS) please speak to a member of staff or your pharmacist for more information.
